Die FIA GT ist Vergangenheit, aber für Pekaracing anscheinend nicht.

Die ziehen ihr Ding vor der FIA also durch.

International Court of Appeal

The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:

Hearing

Appeal lodged by the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) on behalf of its competitor Pekaracing nv against decision N°18 taken by the Stewards of the Meeting dated 5 December 2009 concerning the event run at Zolder (Belgium) on 25 October 2009 and counting towards the 2009 FIA GT Championship

After having received a report from the FIA Technical Delegate who considered that car N°4 of Pekaracing nv was not in conformity with Article 258.5.2.1. of Appendix J to the International Sporting Code, the Stewards decided to exclude car N°4 from the race results.

On 5 December 2009, the competitor Pekaracing nv appealed the Stewards’ decision.

"Ding durchziehen" ist hier glaube ich falsch gewählt. Die Proteste und Einspruche nach dem Finale gegen Vitaphone sind ja schon abgehakt.

Hier geht es ja um die Homologations-Geschichte die GM versemmelt hat und für die Pekaracing ausgeschlossen wurde.
Nur die Winterpause bei der FIA ist halt etwas länger :-)
